We were at the BMX track last night where Mark has been going for the last couple of days. Elaina was doing fine and trying it out after doing it several times previously. She didn't make it up one small hill and rolled back and sprained her ankle pretty bad. There's no bruising or anything so we hope it isn't broken. Mark is her caretaker because Helen is in school this morning.
